While most email hosting companies will be there to help in a crisis, few will be there everyday to avoid the crisis. I can’t speak highly enough about the folks at Simplicato who are always there and know their stuff cold. They are not guessing at a solution to a problem, they know the solution.
But to me one of the most important considerations is being able to get through to the in the 1st place. There is no long tech support phone queue, there is no waiting on hold, there is no voicemail. Question and problems are handled right on the spotright now! If their phone rings more than 2 or 3 times I’m surprised.
As far reliability, all I can say is PERFECT. In the past 18 months (the time we’ve been doing business together) we have not experienced a moment of down time100% reliability.
