| Archive Groups provide the ability to organize users in groups. This
feature mimic the natural structure of an organization where there are
different departments and hierarchical responsibilities. Email is
critical communications and it contains sensitive and critical
information of the organization and the access to it must be controlled
and monitored (See Audit Trail). The Archive Group in conjunction with
the Multi-Level Permission provide the security, control and protection
that an organization need to have when managing the archive. The
Administrator can organize the archive users to groups that correlate to
the organization structure such as Sales, Accounting, Management,
Operation and etc. This enable the Administrator to provide permission
to a specific user to access and monitor archive users by groups. It
might be critical in organization to provide an access to archive users
of the management team to only specific trusted person such as the CEO,
CIO or COO.
